I am a feelings navigation coach : we feel all the time, as much as we think, but we’ve never been tought how to handle it. I guide you in order to recconnect to your feelings and find the wisdom behind. How can you use that power to create the life you desire ? I work mainly online for this. Parallel to that I also hold space for groups, facilitating authentic relating and radical relating. Mainly in Brussels, but also in communities all over Europe.
I’m a contemporary dancer, choreographer, and relational practice facilitator based in Brussels. Rooted in meditation and trained in Transformational Connection, I weave movement and circling into spaces that deepen embodied awareness, honest dialogue, and authentic connection.
I facilitate circles since 2019 and trained intensively with Transformational Connection Europe (formerly known as Circling Europe). I’m also a coach, trainer and partner since 2009 in Van Kelst & Co, bringing Transformational Connection to business and leadership programs.
