I am a long-time practitioner of Authentic Relating, Circling and Surrendered Leadership and based in the South-West of England. I truly believe we are wired for a different-than-usual level of relating that is ever-interesting, ever-evolving, nourishing and healing.

I am particularly interested in the moment when self-leadership evolves into co-leadership and emergent co-creation with others, and how this way of relating – to ourselves, to one another and to the systems we are part of – shapes the future we are able to create.
