The Zen of you and me

Its one of those books where what you read makes sense and where you kind of already know the points, but it still nice to get in touch with again. I particularly enjoyed the parts about the importance of listening skills and Diane’s reflections on identity and identification.

The Zen of You and Me: A guide to getting along with just about anyone.
Diane Musho Hamilton (2017): Shambala Publications.

An interesting book. It reads easily and I found it quite enjoyable and fresh.

I liked the invitation of the book to take the polarity of sameness/difference seriously. The way I see it is that this simple lens can significantly impact the way I relate to someone and possibly support me in not getting into too many unpleasant conflicts.

Good stuff, simply presented.

Thank you For reading this!
