I am a Copenhagen-based somatic therapist and group facilitator. My work focuses on presence-based inquiry and group process, touch, breathwork, and integration of developmental trauma. I am passionate about dancing, linking spirituality and contemporary psychology, expanded states of consciousness, and community-building.
In Birthday Circling (or Focus Circling) you invite a group of people to explore one participant’s present moment experience for 20-60 minutes. The exercise is focused on really being with someone as they are exploring their inner landscapes.
The Curiosity Game is a great exercise for quickly landing in connection with friends or strangers. It allows for quite deep meetings within a very short timeframe and is great for introductions and beginnings of events.

I have been in the game of process facilitation & education for 10+ years and am educated in chemical engineering, mindfulness & Circling.
A great book on how to help others change their minds. Put shortly, it’s never about giving them the facts that you find useful, but always about creating a safe container and then really listening to them while they investigate their own process of reasoning.

Tova Ekenberg first discovered Circling in 2018 and has been leading the practice since completing the leadership training with Circling Europe (now Transformational Connection) last year. With a background in the Performing Arts she has been facilitating spaces for adults for the past few years translating her training in theater and dance into transformative practices that foster playfulness, embodiment and personal + collective growth.
I remember my first circling experience as quite confusing and frustrating, but something was also awakened in me that I wanted to explore further. I soon after signed up for the 6 month SAS training with Circling Europe and certified as a circling leader in February 2016.
