Anežka Marie Sokol

I work for more thriving humans in a more thriving world by helping people develop relational & interpersonal skills. I work with leaders, teams and individuals. I have been in the game of process facilitation & education for 10+ years and am educated in chemical engineering, mindfulness & Circling.

Hi, I'm Anezka

I facilitate change for organisations, groups and individuals through proven methods and with deep presence. The path to success is through safety and clarity.

Where did it start?
I have a background in chemical engineering, but grew up amidst engaged conversations about philosophy of religion and spirituality. I wanted to do organic skincare and chemical analyses of alternative medicine when I was at university – but then came across well-being psychology and authentic relating.

I realised how much pain in life many people have – some almost without realising it – and how it holds us back from creating a sustainable society. How can we take all the hard decisions in the middle of a climate crisis if we are stressed, anxious or depressed? Or if we can’t make it work with our colleagues?

By tending to our relationships between each other, I hope I can contribute to a brighter future with a greater sense of safety and meaningfulness so that creativity and passion can flourish.

What people say about my work

The facilitation was timely, on point, introspective, deep, fun, holistic, social, academic, very good.

Participant: Sustainable Leadership Course

Anezka has been an excellent coach for me because she was so aware of all the different voices in me that come together and how they interact, and how that affects my socialising with others. She was also so good at catching me in those little moments when I was lying to myself or running away from a question. I appreciate that the most because it’s something I can’t reflect on myself.”

The course is extremely useful and informative. I particularly like the very hands-on and concrete approach and the inclusion of exercises with body and movement. I appreciate that I found the facilitator to have integrity – ‘practice what she preaches’.

Anne Stilling, psychologist

This was a great experience to participate in. One of the few sessions where there was an actual interaction between people attending and not just a one way communication. The exercises were genuinely impactful and revealing. Felt like a great alternative to the remaining sessions.’

How do I work and where did I get it from?

I have experience from my own startups, as an executive assistant and +10 years of teaching and coaching children, young people, professionals and leaders. I am a certified cognitive coach, Circling® facilitator and mindfulness instructor, and have a degree in biochemistry (BSc) and chemical engineering (MSc).

My work is amongst other inspired by:
– Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey’s research on adult developmental stages and Deliberately Developmental Organisations.
– Ken Wilber’s integral theory and understanding of society.
– Gabor Matés & Daniel P. Brown’s attachment theory and understanding of trauma.
– Danish Institute of Family Therapy (DFTI)’s model of integrity and collaboration.

I also work with Inner Development Goals, which is a set of competences ranging from understanding your reaction patterns to how to listen to actors in your network and create dynamic invitations for collaboration. From this I’ve co-developed the course Sustainable Leadership, which you can read more about here (in Danish).

I do workshops tailored to your needs, both short inputs and longer ones focused on e.g. a greater organisational shift. For bigger projects I collaborate with the consultancy firm re:lead [link: relead.dk ]. I also offer coaching both in business regards and for private matters – in the end, they always melt together, you are the same human regardless of which context you find yourself in.

Thank you!
