Aliveness Circling
Reclaiming Shadow and Light
What is this about?
Curious what it’s like to embody all aspects of yourself fully? Not just talking about your experience, but letting it move through your voice, your body, your energy?
Aliveness Circling is a practice of staying present and aware while fully embodying and expressing our real-time emotional experience – letting aliveness move through us without losing ourselves in it.
We’ll create a held and intentional space where you can stop performing and start trusting all of what’s already here. Whether it’s soft, tender, raw, playful, awkward, or unexpected. Nothing needs to be left out.
This kind of expression can feel like stepping into the unknown – awkward, thrilling, sometimes even hilarious. Yet in that exploration, we often encounter the parts of ourselves that have been long avoided, hidden out of fear of being unacceptable.
When these parts are brought into awareness, something profound begins to unfold. Old stories lose their grip, energy that was once locked in resistance starts to move, and we begin to experience ourselves as more whole and fully alive. Through that, we feel more connected to ourselves and more open in our relationships with others.

What will we explore together?
This weekend is centred on Circling (also called Transformational Connection): a practice of paying close attention to your moment‑to‑moment experience while in connection with others.
Aliveness Circling brings a specific focus to:
🤸 Embodied expression – Letting what’s alive in you come through your body and voice. Instead of saying “I feel like jumping,” what happens if you actually… jump?
🫂 Welcoming your shadow – Meeting and consciously expressing the parts of you that rarely get seen. This could be anger, desire, shame, fear, joy, power, softness… All of what being a human entails.
💬 Directness – Speaking from your deepest truth, even when it’s messy, uncomfortable or vulnerable – while staying aware.
Who is this for?
Ideal for those who:
✔ Already have some experience with relational practices or shadow work
✔ Can own their experience and want to step into the playful, edgy space where ownership is implicit rather than explicit
✔ Are open to welcoming every part of themselves, including the ones they once thought were too much or not enough
PLEASE NOTE: While this work can be deeply transformative, it isn’t therapy. At times, the experience may bring up resistance, fear, or a sense of confusion as we journey beyond familiar mental and emotional territory. For that reason, this offering may not be suitable if you’re currently navigating significant mental health challenges. If you’re feeling unsure, please reach out.

Testimonials
I would say it’s a brilliant way to come into more aliveness, embodiment and to truly face aspects of your self that tend to remain hidden, and though I find it a bit terrifying, in my experience absolutely does leave me feeling more alive! There’s something very powerful and confronting about this approach that I think has a lot of promise for deep healing and connection that I personally don’t seem to be able to get at with other modalities like therapy/ meditation, etc.

I most enjoyed the encounters, they were so rich! We touched on many deep aspects of relation and perception through demarcated games which helped to bring to light things like the experience of judging and being judged in a very helpful way. Emilija’s facilitation held the space with a lot of care and so helped us all go deeper. I recommend!

The space felt fully held, and I learnt more about myself through some quite fun and light experiences, becoming at ease with others far more quickly than in the real-world. These events at places to level-up your relational experiencing of yourself and other kind souls.
