Aliveness
What is Aliveness?
In presence practice, one often begins by sitting still and observing one’s experience.
In relational presence practice, one often begins by noticing one’s experience and giving emotionally neutral reports of it to one another. This is done to create a certain kind of distance from the experience, to disidentify from habitual ways of acting and reacting, and to discover more nuance and detail.
Once we have landed there and become skilled at noticing our experience without embellishing it with opinions or judgments, we step back into it and allow it to become more alive. When we have learned not to be swept away by thoughts about our experiences, we can experience them in their full vitality: colorful, saturated, vibrant.
From having learned to talk about our feelings, we can return to speaking from our feelings without being carried away by habitual behaviors. We re enter life, but with a new degree of freedom.
Magdalena shares:
Throughout my life, it has been difficult for me to trust that I am allowed to be exactly as I am.
It feels safer to defend myself, to analyze, to withdraw. As if I need to build a shield around myself, because what if I show myself and it is not received?
And at the same time, that is exactly what I long for the most.
To be met where I am not hiding. Where I am not holding back what I actually feel.
Through Circling and something we call Surrendered Leadership, I have noticed different stages in my communication.
1. The socialized stage, where I am governed by patterns, defenses, and unconscious emotions.
2. The self reflective stage, where I begin to see myself more clearly and take responsibility. This creates more clarity and closeness, but can sometimes keep me stuck in my head.
3. Embodied authenticity, those moments when analysis falls away and I am fully here. When vulnerability, anger, joy, and fear are allowed to exist and be met deeply. Paradoxically, I experience more of myself while being less identified with myself.
When I access this third stage, something shifts in me. Old stories loosen their grip, and the energy that was previously bound in defense becomes aliveness and intimacy.
I feel more connected, to myself, to others, and to the meanings and relationships that matter to me.
This weekend is an invitation to explore and move through these stages together.
I want, together with (you) others, to step beyond analysis and into the rawness of the present moment, where communication becomes more than just a tool. It becomes a gateway to insight and intimacy.
What I truly long for are encounters where we are allowed to live and be fully who we are.
Who Is This For
This weekend is primarily for those who already have some experience with noticing their experience without adding positive or negative judgments.
If this is not something you are familiar with, there is a risk that you may feel triggered in this space.

Oscar StrömI am driven by a longing to experience deeper contact with myself and others. This practice has given me, and continues to give me, experiences that deeply fascinate and shape me.
I encounter parts of myself that would otherwise remain hidden behind everyday roles and habits.
My background also includes meditation, scientific research, and exploration of theories and methods within psychology. I meet life with curiosity and continuously strive to be more precise in my understanding of my own experience.
I regularly host events in this practice in Gothenburg.

Magdalena TranI’m trained by Circling Europe (currently Transformational Connection) leading spaces where we meet truth. My passion lies in revealing what’s real, the raw, unfiltered – using the body as a gateway. Through daily meditation and tantric practices since 2019, I’ve learned that every moment is truth trying to emerge and when we let it… love follows.

Einar BosonI am a long time explorer of awareness and embodiment, and I work in Stockholm giving body therapy and running workshops on themes around presence, contact and embodiment. I focus on relaxation as a core capacity we have forgotten and I help people into greater ease. I think spirituality should be approached as a down-to-earth exploration of how to be a better person and have a better life.

Testimonials
“It was amazing! The implicit explicit exercise was so much fun and great for getting the intellect and narratives and shame out of the way and acting from a deeper level of being.
It was also the perfect lead in to the Encounter, which was honestly one of the most powerful relational exercises I’ve done in any context. It allowed me to slow down and actually see and feel my attachment issues play out.
Very eye opening!”

“ It was a powerful arc that took us past self observation and self consciousness into a deeper aliveness of being ”
—
“Really loved the implicit explicit exercise, felt very fascinating, playful and alive!
Encounter experience was very intense and terrifying but very powerful and revealing, sort of exactly the kind of intense shadow work I was hoping to get out of this weekend, as unpleasant as it was!”
