Beginners Circling Pod starting March 10th

10 March - 16 June: Tuesdays, fortnightly (8 sessions)

A four-month online Circling pod for those new to the practice. A steady, supportive container to learn the foundations of Circling, develop presence, and practise staying connected to yourself and others over time.

Nina Mohammed and Sam Black are inviting six participants into a four-month online Circling pod designed for people who are new or relatively new to Circling.

Circling is a relational practice where a group slows down together and pays attention to what’s happening in the present moment – inside ourselves and between one another. Instead of trying to be interesting, insightful, or “well liked,” we practise noticing and sharing our immediate experience as it unfolds.

Over time, this builds greater self-trust, emotional awareness, and the ability to stay connected in real conversations – even when things feel uncertain or uncomfortable.

Across the four months, we’ll meet regularly to practise Circling using core principles to guide us. Each session includes guided teaching, practical exercises, time in circle together, and space for reflection.

Testimonials

Sam, thank you so much for your Circling workshop which completely blew my mind. Coming into the session, I thought I knew what it meant to be present, to listen and to pay attention but coming out of the session I realised how little I know. Thank you for showing me what is possible when I ground myself into true presence
Mohammed

Nina is clearly passionate about IFS and circling. She was generous and confident in holding the space, yet incredibly authentic, soft and purposeful. I appreciate you so much for bringing the community together such love
Faith

I often experienced high-intensity emotions during Sam’s sessions, but I felt a lot of trust and care in the environment, and so I was able to express them. I came out of each session feeling aliveness, as if everything looked sharper – I always enjoyed my subsequent tube rides home where I noticed and savoured a lot more in my surroundings than usual.
Charlotte

Nina’s session was a wonderful introduction to IFS and re-introduction to Circling. It was well held and supported allowing me to go deeper into parts of myself that I often mask. I am very grateful too for how much care was taken to nourish us with the both space and food
