Circling & Surrendered Leadership weekend Gothenburg
A weekend immersion into circling and surrendered leadership. We explore the intelligence of our inner experience in the present moment and collective wisdom through embodiment and relational practices.
During this weekend we explore relational and embodiment practices. You get to experience powerful new ways of being together, that invite us to sense and notice what is really going on, in and between us, moment to moment. Bringing awareness to whatever emotions, sensations or thoughts arise may not be comfortable all the time, but it is often both enlightening and healing. Deep connection arises from being together in presence.
By sharing our experience in the moment, we drop into presence and connect deeper and more vulnerably. You never quite know what will come up and we surrender together to what arises from the particularities of each unique moment. What seems to always show up are experiences of connection, vulnerability and depth, personal insights and revelations. This is also an exploration of freedom and what we call self-leadership. You do not have to sit still. You do not have to talk. You do not have to listen. You are invited to follow whatever feels right for you in the moment, and then experience how that impacts your surroundings.
Through relational and embodiment practices we develop our sensitivity and empathy, build capacities to better understand our impulses and intuitions and learn to communicate our boundaries and longings more clearly. Perhaps you’ll get a taste of what matters most to you and have some experiences of synchronicity, collective intelligence and deeply transformative states.
What is Surrendered Leadership?
Navi and Mareike will show up with their leadership during the weekend and lead the group into insightful presence. At the same time both of them surrender beyond their ideas or personal preferences for this event and listen to what feels right in the very moment.
This practice invites everyone in the group to surrender and lead themselves in any moment.

Mareike ChristensenI am a trained integral psychotherapist and offer conflict mediation and coaching and lead embodied and relational presencing workshops. In my workshops which I have led since 2020 people often feel both confronted and called by my truthfulness and deep attunement. I trust deeply in my experience and like to follow a sense of aliveness into the unknown.

Navi Camilla SäregårdBased in Gothenburg, Sweden, and work with body based learning and somatic coaching. I do this with clients one on one, as well as smaller and bigger groups. My practices stretch from trauma aware more therapeutic sessions that are focused on creating more freedom, choice and flow in everyday life, to explorative group unfolding with relational practices, to ecstatic dance classes.
