Experienced Circling Pod starting March 17th
17 March - 23 June: Tuesdays, fortnightly (8 sessions)
Nina Mohammed and Sam Black are inviting six experienced practitioners into a four-month online Circling pod.
This offering grew from a shared longing for a committed, ongoing container – a place to practise together consistently over time, allowing the work to root, mature, and deepen through repeated contact with the same people.
At the heart of this pod is a simple yet demanding orientation we both keep returning to:
Being with myself, whilst being with you.
We’re interested in practising the places where this becomes challenging – where we lose ourselves in connection, smooth over confusion, rush to understanding, or hold back something true because it feels risky to say.

Testimonials
Sam, thank you so much for your Circling workshop which completely blew my mind. Coming into the session, I thought I knew what it meant to be present, to listen and to pay attention but coming out of the session I realised how little I know. Thank you for showing me what is possible when I ground myself into true presence

Nina is clearly passionate about IFS and circling. She was generous and confident in holding the space, yet incredibly authentic, soft and purposeful. I appreciate you so much for bringing the community together such love

I often experienced high-intensity emotions during Sam’s sessions, but I felt a lot of trust and care in the environment, and so I was able to express them. I came out of each session feeling aliveness, as if everything looked sharper – I always enjoyed my subsequent tube rides home where I noticed and savoured a lot more in my surroundings than usual.

Nina’s session was a wonderful introduction to IFS and re-introduction to Circling. It was well held and supported allowing me to go deeper into parts of myself that I often mask. I am very grateful too for how much care was taken to nourish us with the both space and food
