In this 6 week course we will explore the paradigm of Surrendered Leadership. It will invite us to deepen our personal leadership from a place of surrender to the present moment and explore the inner navigation of truth and its expression of this in the connection we are in.
It is an ongoing discovery of yourself (and beyond the self) in this existence.

Being built upon principles of Circling, the paradigm of Surrendered Leadership includes more. A wider space where you can explore how it is to be you, what your biggest truth is, each moment anew and give this the expression it wants. There will be an ongoing invitation to be in presence, surrender to your immediate experience, while taking self leadership. the process will not be guided towards a predetermined outcome, it is a co creation of the relationship and group intelligence.

Why practice Surrendered Leadership?

In the ever growing complexity of this time, we need to cultivate ways to find our truth, from moment to moment. Tap into our own inner guidance, From where we take the next step.
We need more self awareness, self leadership and a deep presence to become more welcoming, more loving, more whole in ourselves and to the world.

Being in a Surrendered Leadership circle can bring up challenges, since we are often in contexts in life where there is a clear directionality. Here lies the opportunity to discover more of our habitual ways of doing and the beliefs we hold. There is a potential to find a deeper truth and empowerment to bring this in relationship, explore new ways of doing and being that will extend out into our lives and the world.

For who is this group;

The group is suited for people who have (some) experience in self awareness and or relational practices like meditation, tantra, embodiment or circling & authentic relating. Or are just very curious about themselves.

Being in this group requires a willingness to meet what is here, and with that often more challenging feelings like grief, fear, anger surface, in you or the other, along side all the other flavors, like love, joy, aliveness.

We often explore multiple sides of seeming opposites at once, such as independence and interdependence, chaos and order, agreement and disagreement. This can reveal an underlying unity of the immediacy of experience.

This will require a willingness to take self responsibility in setting boundaries, speak your desires and self care.
