I’m Tuulia, a Finnish based Honesty Trainer and workshop leader.
For the past 12 years my passion has been exploring how to create more love and connection through honest sharing under organization called Honesty Europe.
Part of that honest sharing is being truthful what is alive in us right now – anger, sadness, joy, sadness, happiness, shame or excitement.
I am interested in welcoming and voicing all parts of us and supporting deeper connections in that way.
I am still amazed what can happen in just few days when people choose to be real and vulnerable with each other and stay present when difficult emotions arise.
I am offering retreats and workshops with my partner Pete in our retreat center in the woods of Finland and throughout Europe.

Tuulia SyvänenTuulia Syvänen is the certified Radical Honesty trainer who has led the most RH workshops in Europe. She also does 1:1 and couples coaching. Having grown up in a dysfunctional family—where difficulties and negative feelings were often swept under the rug—Tuulia became passionate about self-expression and self-awareness, and learned the importance of setting one’s boundaries. Most important, she learned the power of honesty. Her life’s mission is to help create more love and connection between people through honest sharing.
