In our busyness of our daily obligations, the demands and expectations and adjustments, it is easy to lose the connection with ourselves and one another.
This weekend, Ben Hodgson is coming to Harstad. Based in London and a leader at Transformation Connection, he will be leading this weekend and I Helena Myreng will co-lead with him.

What will happen?
Welcome to a weekend dedicated to opening up the connection with yourself and deepening the connection between us—A vital contribution to what is needed in the world today. By listening to the body—through our sensitivity and presence—and by embracing what seeks to emerge from within, the immediate here and now, we unlock the body’s innate intelligence and vitality. We find clarity, energy, and a more honest, vibrant expression of ourselves. In this we also contribute and open a shared field of resonance, connecting with one another, our humanity, our vulnerability, and what nourishes us: our life energy, health, and well-being.
This is not therapy. The course is suitable for anyone wishing to be more present with life it self , as well as for those who work with people—such as psychologists, psychomotor physiotherapists, Gestalt therapists, and others.
