The Gift Beneath the Surface
Relatefulness Immersion with Lisa Rombach and Michael Blas
Silence teaches as much as words.
We listen beneath what is being said.
You bring creative fertility.
You are arriving as a being who is already generative.
This immersion may activate your inner wisdom.
The transmission may be quiet, precise.
Less spectacle. More essence.
Something might move within you.
A belief. A certainty. A structure you’ve relied on.
Let yourself be moved.
Don’t rush to reorganize too quickly.
It’s recalibration.
Where are you still under-using your power?
The magic is subtle here. You already have the tools.
This space may simply reorganize your confidence in applying them.
It invites your personal timing as part of a larger tuning.
Refinement over growth.
Not acquiring.
Remembering.
Where do we go from here?
The Gift Beneath the Surface…
…is a 2.5 day Relatefulness immersion.

Facilitators:
Lisa Rombach invites embodied relational leadership. She connected with Mike for 30 min in 2020 and has since practiced, facilitated and lived Relatefulness. With a background in music and the somatic arts, Lisa listens for what’s not yet spoken—what trembles at the edge of experience. Her presence opens space to reassemble the puzzle of existence and let aliveness move through your bones.
Mike Blas is a relational artist and facilitator of Relatefulness, creating spaces where honesty, presence, and connection come alive. His work blends psychological insight, embodied awareness, and a deep trust in what emerges between people in real time. “The place inside of us where we try to control how people see us, that’s the same place we can learn to feel contact.”

Michael BlasI am based most often in Austin, TX. Right before he died, my grandfather said to me, “Don’t ever retire.” I was participating in relating practices in my off-time and decided to make that my career. I love connection and I love how I’m changed by listening to people without trying to change them. Some people realize that we can only ever know people better. Even fewer understand that the same is true about ourselves.
