Zen Coaching: Relaxing Into Being – With Kåre Landfald
State of the Relating Arts #7
This months guest
I’m Kåre, based in Norway and travelling extensively. I have had a passion for exploring the fundamental questions of “Who am I?”, “What is true connection?” and “How can I best use this life?” since I was in my early 20s. This has led me to first study philosophy for many years, before entering the path of meditation, inquiry and healing in the late 1990s, after having spent 8 years working in International Development for the UN and other organisations.
I have over the last 30 years studied with many teachers from many traditions, especially Buddhism, Non-violent Communication and The Diamond Approach. I have developed Zen Coaching as an approach to inner transformation and true support, and have been teaching that now for 20 years. We now have an international Living Presence Community of more than 800 people who have completed the Zen Coaching Training.
I am happy to offer you a taste of Zen Coaching in this introduction workshop.

Kåre LandfaldI consider myself a student of life. I work as a teacher, group facilitator, and coach. After years of working in international relations, I left my career to explore the inner landscape. My philosophy is that we all have something to share, and that we don’t need to wait to share it – we can do it now! In this spirit, I founded Zen Coaching, and it has become my life’s work.
