I am a contemporary dancer, choreographer, and relational practice facilitator. For many years, my work has revolved around embodied experience and shifts in perception — exploring how presence can transform the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
Alongside my artistic career, I have been a long-time meditation practitioner, drawn to inner inquiry and lived awareness. Over the past years, I have deepened my training in Transformational Connection and other relational practices, integrating these into both my artistic processes and dedicated relational spaces. In my Brussels studio, I host circles and workshops where movement and dialogue meet — spaces that invite honesty, attunement, and shared exploration.
I am particularly interested in the meeting point between movement and circling: how embodied awareness can deepen relational contact, and how relational depth can bring the body more fully alive. For me, facilitation is not about leading people somewhere predefined, but about holding a clear, grounded container in which authentic encounter can emerge.
At the heart of my work lies a simple question: what becomes possible when we fully inhabit ourselves in relationship?
