You already know who you are
Looking back at life, there were signs of what I now can call my superpower of presence. In my late teens, my best friend suffered from severe depression. I would go over to her house as much as I could. She told me that she wasn’t fun, that she didn’t want to go out. Intuitively, I knew what to do: I would sit next to her, watch television, without wanting her to be different in any way. Later, she told me she felt supported by this—a letting her be, without leaving her.
I had to face big loss in the early stages of my life. This laid the foundation for my capacity to be in deep waters with someone. For a social studies class, before I even was aware that something like personal development existed, I wrote a short story about how to be with grief:
“A young woman who lost her partner created her own ritual to be with it. This became an obsession, so she would not have to feel the pain. When she was seen and met in this by someone else, she could allow her pain and felt more free.”
Back then, I didn’t have a clue that I already had an understanding of the work I now bring into the world. To finally see this, I had to walk quite some uncharted territory of the soul.
What I now call my devotion
I bring beauty, truth, and presence. Why? Because it deepens our sense of connection—with ourselves, with each other, and with the world. I believe this is needed. In times of deep loneliness, burnouts, and polarization, we need to find ways to connect again and discover what is truly meaningful. And I believe that lies within us—and that the context we put ourselves in matters. Supported by certain practices, rituals, people, or environments, we can find a deeper connection, a deeper fulfillment of being alive.
The essence of this is that we can fully behold our experience of being human. To do this, we might need to surrender to the greater forces at play, stepping into the unknown, accepting and being humble in our smallness in the larger play of things, while holding ourselves as unique beings who bring big gifts to the world.
Circling & Surrendered Leadership
Intensively trained by Transformational Connection (formerly Circling Europe), I lead group spaces both online and in person throughout Europe. Currently I am based in Portugal as the resident leader of the community project Transformational Connection hub.
I lead with a gentle fierceness and an invitation for the full embodied expression of who we are in the present moment. When we allow ourselves to be met in truth, something larger begins to move through us. Hidden patterns that limit connection can come to light, while moments of deep nourishment, intimacy, and freedom emerge. I long for us all to discover that there is more freedom available in each moment than we ever believed possible.
Transformational Coaching
I work with executives and leaders who are exploring new ways of being and doing. My coaching weaves embodiment, relational awareness, and deep inquiry to cultivate clarity, self-leadership, and a felt sense of aliveness in how they lead and live.
The process is present-moment oriented, body-aware, and relational. Through curiosity and deep listening, I attune to what is most alive and allow it to guide the session—often revealing patterns or tensions that shape how a person relates to themselves, others, and their environment. This creates space for new possibilities and more authentic ways of moving in the world.
Over time, this work supports a shift from efforting toward alignment, where action arises naturally from connection and coherence. It integrates the inner and outer dimensions of leadership, inviting authenticity, sovereignty, and presence in service of what truly matters.
Ritual Immersion
Ritual has been part of human existence for as long as we can remember. Even within modernity, traces remain—gathering around a Christmas tree, searching for Easter eggs, or clinking glasses to ward off spirits. Yet many of the communal rituals that once held us have been lost. I believe we need ritual—places where we are initiated into new phases of life, where we can enter states of ecstasy, deep prayer, and communion with the unseen.
Through ritual, we reconnect with the cycles of life, our place in existence, and the vast mystery that holds us all.
In this spirit, I offer psychedelic immersions in both group and one-to-one settings. These spaces are held with deep care and reverence, inviting participants to explore the inner landscapes of the psyche and soul. The work is not about transcendence, but about meeting life more fully—allowing what arises to be witnessed, integrated, and brought into embodied connection with the world around us.
