I split my time between working as an actress/performer, researching how to live in alignment with a thriving earth and creating space for personal development. I first discovered Circling in 2018 and have been leading the practice since. With a background in the Performing Arts I am translating my training as an actress and dancer into transformative practices that foster playfulness, body awareness and personal + collective growth.
Tova Ekenberg is an actress, theatre maker and pedagogue, educated at the Norweigian Theatre Academy and based in Gothenburg.

Acting for stage and contemporary performance
Physical storytelling, clown and mask work
Acrobatics and contact improvisation
This weekend immersion is focused on getting in touch and being touched. Resonance means being in connection with and impacted by something outside of ourselves and implies staying open in an exploration of the relationships we are in.
