What is We-Flow?
We-Flow is an emergent relational and livelihood practice born at the intersection of integral theory, authentic relating, circling, and Zen state training. Where most relational practices focus on expanding awareness and deepening connection, We-Flow extends this into a third domain: integration into daily life, work, and financial sustainability.
The practice is built around three components: intentional flow (the natural phases of coming together — landing, receiving, and making progress), intentional culture (explicit relational agreements that create a transformational container), and a suite of over 30 practices spanning inner work, relational space, and outer action. A distinctive feature is the practice of “backup” — focused one-on-one support that helps a person return to presence and aliveness at precisely the moments when people typically collapse back into old patterns.
We-Flow was developed collectively by a group of advanced AR and integral facilitators in Amsterdam over nearly a decade of experimentation, and is stewarded by Stéphane Segatori. It is offered through immersion weekends, a six-month Stewardship certification program, and organizational consulting.
