We have trained over 1,000 AR facilitators and helped found Authentic Relating and Circling communities on every continent (except Antarctica). We’re responsible for countless friendships, businesses, marriages, and at least a few babies.

Our Mission is to create a more connected and empathic world.

We wear many faces to exist in the world. Our competent self, for work. Our supportive self, for our partners. Our just-go-with-it self, for our family. Our exhausted self, for ourselves.

Authenticity is in all these selves. But, as we change for others, it’s easy to slip steadily out of alignment with life. We become less kind, less generous, less certain. The less connected we are with ourselves, the less we can be there for others.

Authentic Relating practice is grounding for our souls. It’s a relational meditation that allows us to come back into contact with what we really value and want. Through simple games and exercises, we practice self-expression, curiosity, and empathy, without the exhaustion of needing to “get it right”.
