1. REGISTRATION TERMS
These are the Terms and Conditions you can expect when you are using the Relating Arts website or any of our services. When you place and order, you (“I”) agree to these terms.

These Terms apply to all future workshops and trainings or other interactions with Relating Arts.

By agreeing to these Terms, I release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Relating Arts, their staff, agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and affiliates collectively from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Relating Arts as a result of the advice given by Relating Arts leaders or otherwise resulting from the training relationship. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

2. PAYMENT, ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION
We want you to pay in full before any workshop or training. If you don’t show up for a workshop or training, we will not provide any refund unless you have contacted us within the period mentioned below. We also reserve the right to cancel your participation (with a full refund) if we find that a workshop or training is not suitable for you.

If you find yourself unable to participate in a workshop or training after having paid for participation, this is the cancellation policy.
– To be considered for a refund, you need to contact us at contact@relatingarts.com. Requests submitted elsewhere will not be considered.
– Requests made at least 30 days prior to the workshop or course start will be eligible for a full refund.
– Requests made 7-30 days prior to the workshop or course start will be eligible for a partial refund of 75% of the workshop or course price. Alternately we offer credit of the full amount you paid for your workshop or course, to be used for one of our future events. This credit is usable within one year of the original workshop or course start date. You can also choose to transfer your ticket to someone else if you inform us on email.
– Requests made less than 7 days prior to the workshop or course start will not be eligible for a refund. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else and inform us of the transfer on email.

If we cancel or postpone a workshop or training we will transfer your payment to a future event or you can receive a full refund.

We take no responsibility for charges incurred from travel or accommodation arrangements. Please ensure you have your own cancellation insurance in place when making costly travel arrangements in advance.

3. THIS IS NOT THERAPY
By agreeing to these Terms you recognize that these trainings led under the Relating Arts brand does not substitute for counselling, psychoanalysis, mental health care, psychotherapy or substance abuse treatment. Our facilitators are not acting as therapists and do not offer mental healthcare. You should not substitute Relating Arts workshops or trainings for assistance from trained medical professionals.
We want you to always hold yourself responsible for your physical and mental well-being when participating in Relating Arts events. While we will be there to support you in your process to the best of our ability, ultimately your well-being is your own responsibility.

4. YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO
I recognize that it is not possible for Relating Arts to fully describe the impact of workshops and trainings before experiencing them. We are playing in the full spectrum of human experience and things might arise that I find uncomfortable or unsettling.

5. PLEASE TRY THIS AT HOME
We don’t own the practices presented on this page. We simply want to create a resource for those who are interested in practicing Relating Arts. We would appreciate if you link back to us if you use material from the page on your own website or similar and ask that you never sell the materials that we put up for public use.

We want to democratize the field of Relating Arts. While you will likely have a higher quality experience of the practices on this page if you do them with a trained facilitator, we encourage you to try them out with friends and acquaintances. If you want to lead any practice professionally we advise that you contact the school that leads said practice to see if it is trademarked or similar.
